Complaint to PTCL with the help of Facebook

In order to enhance its customer care service, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. (PTCL) has introduced a Facebook app by the name of Customer Support Box.

According to this service not only you can submit your complaint about Quality of service of the company’s services but can also post a suggestion. You can submit complaints related to PTCL Landline services, PTCL EVO, PTCL broadband, PTCL smart TV and Vfone through this app. This app carries support for almost all the major cities of the country.

In case you want to report the PTCL Broadband service or Vfone or landline fault, you’ll be submitting your landline number or Vfone number. In case if problem is in your PTCL EVO device then mobile number and device MDN will be required.


.Unfortunately this app is not available on the mobile app of Facebook so if your internet has went down and you want to complaint about it then you should use your smartphone to call on the helpline of the PTCL because then this app is no good for you.
